Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers on product selection, customization, delivery and support.

Are you a direct manufacturer? What products do you offer?

Yes. We are a direct, asset-based manufacturer located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China. We manage our production in-house, enabling reliable quality control, competitive pricing, and responsive service without unnecessary intermediary costs.

Our core product range includes epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, and prefabricated box-type substations. To support customers seeking one-stop power equipment procurement, we also manufacture a wide range of medium- and low-voltage electrical equipment, providing comprehensive and reliable power distribution solutions.

What is your production capacity for large-volume customized orders? Do you support factory audits?

We regularly handle large-volume OEM and ODM orders for customers worldwide, supported by strong production capacity and well-organized manufacturing processes. Our experienced production team enables us to maintain reliable quality control and consistent on-time delivery for customized projects.

We warmly welcome customers or their authorized representatives to visit our factory for an on-site audit. If an in-person visit is not convenient, we can also arrange a real-time virtual factory tour via WhatsApp or Zoom, allowing you to inspect our production workshops and learn more about our manufacturing process remotely.

Do you use copper or aluminum windings in your transformers? How do you ensure the quality of key internal materials?

We can provide either copper-wound or high-quality aluminum-wound transformer solutions based on your budget, technical requirements, and project specifications.

Our transformer cores are made from high-permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel, helping reduce no-load losses and improve energy efficiency. We also use carefully selected insulation materials and controlled epoxy resin casting processes for applicable products. These materials and processes are selected and managed in accordance with applicable international standards and project requirements to support safe, stable, and reliable long-term operation.

What quality tests are performed on each transformer before shipment? Will you provide a factory test report?

We conduct 100% routine testing on every transformer before shipment. Each unit must pass a complete set of standard electrical tests, including withstand voltage, DC resistance, and turns ratio tests. We also perform an actual lifting operation test to verify the mechanical integrity and stability of the transformer during handling.

A traceable factory test report is provided with each shipment. The report can be supplied in hard copy or electronic format and includes the relevant test results and product information for quality documentation and verification.

Can you customize transformers according to our country’s grid standards, such as IEC, IEEE, or ANSI? What authoritative certifications do you have?

Absolutely. Our experienced technical team supports customized transformer design and manufacturing in accordance with major international standards, including IEC, IEEE, and ANSI. We can also meet project-specific requirements, such as special voltage ratings, vector groups, and other electrical specifications.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, and our transformer products have obtained CE certification. In addition, the key performance parameters of our products have been tested by CNAS-accredited laboratories. Relevant certificates and test reports can be provided for customer review and project documentation.

Do you accept OEM/ODM orders? Can the enclosure protection rating of dry-type transformers be customized?

Yes. We have extensive OEM/ODM experience and can support private-label production according to your branding, technical, and project requirements. We also handle branding information and customization requirements with appropriate confidentiality.

For dry-type transformers, we can customize enclosures according to the actual installation environment, including indoor or outdoor applications. Available protection ratings include IP20, IP23, IP30, IP44, and IP54, subject to the transformer design, installation conditions, and project specifications. Enclosures can be manufactured in stainless steel or aluminum alloy. Custom enclosure dimensions, colors, and other configuration details are also available upon request.

Transformers may be exposed to moisture and damage during ocean transportation. What is your export packing standard? Can you provide customized packing?

Yes. We use a multi-layer export packing solution to help protect transformers during long-distance sea transportation.

First, the transformer is wrapped with moisture-resistant protective film to reduce exposure to moisture, dust, and salt-laden air. Second, the bottom of the unit is reinforced with customized wooden skids or supports and protective cushioning materials to improve stability and reduce the risk of movement or impact during handling and transportation. Finally, the transformer is packed in an ISPM 15-compliant fumigation-free plywood crate for overall protection during export shipment. Customized packing is also available according to your specific requirements, including packing materials, reinforcement methods, lifting or handling arrangements, and external shipping marks.

What is your typical delivery time? Is container loading safe for large-volume shipments?

Delivery time depends on the transformer model, technical specifications, order quantity, and current production schedule. Selected standard-capacity models may be available from stock and can usually be arranged for shipment more quickly, subject to inventory confirmation. For large customized orders, we provide a confirmed production schedule based on the project requirements and production capacity.

Our factory is equipped with overhead cranes and weighing equipment for loading operations. Container loading is carried out by experienced workers following appropriate lifting, positioning, and securing procedures. We also provide loading documentation, including photos and/or videos of the loading process, after shipment so that customers can clearly review how the goods were loaded and secured.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Which payment methods do you accept?

Our minimum order quantity is 1 unit, making it possible to support both trial orders and large-volume procurement projects. We provide the same professional communication, technical support, and order follow-up regardless of order quantity.

For payment, we commonly accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) for regular orders. For large projects or government procurement orders, we can also accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit payable at sight, subject to mutual agreement and the specific terms of the order.

What is the warranty period for your transformers? How do you provide after-sales support if a fault occurs during overseas operation?

We provide a one-year warranty for the complete transformer. After the first year, we offer an additional two-year warranty for eligible original replacement parts.

During the warranty period, if a fault is confirmed by our technical team to be caused by manufacturing or material issues, we will provide the required original replacement parts free of charge. The additional parts warranty applies only to eligible original parts with confirmed manufacturing or material defects. It does not cover improper operation, unauthorized modifications, external damage, or other non-product-related causes.

For overseas after-sales support, our technical team provides 24/7 response support. Senior engineers can offer one-to-one remote guidance through WhatsApp or Zoom, including video-based troubleshooting and installation support when needed.
